Suffolk Family Carers is committed to ensuring that the view and hopes of Family Carers are sought and put forward in order to inform the planning of services.
As part of this, Suffolk Family Carers and its Projects will be running on-line Surveys for Family Carers to complete and submit. The Suffolk Family Carers Survey “Your views as a family carer” will be continuous and the responses will be collated and acted upon on a regular basis. The Project Surveys will normally be time-limited and the responses used by the Projects and teams to improve services to Family Carers. Click below to go to the surveys we are currently running.
